“Went to Verizon to have them set me up with a new phone via insurance. When it didn't come when it was supposed to, Allen was very helpful in finding what the problem is and just so I didn't have to go several days without a phone, he let me use his spare phone. I just had to put my sim card in it. My experience with the customer service here the last couple years has been above and beyond. Thanks”

“My Mom & I visited T-Mobile to start a new contract with the service & move from Verizon. I was very hesitant at first to do the switch this weekend because I simply wasn’t ready to switch yet.However, T-Mobile gave me a very reasonable cost. Very, very much so. Not to mention my mother & I having the ability to trade in our phones. That was a tremendously helpful thing her & I were able to do!We really, really appreciate the staffs help & their patience with us at the store. I would like to recognize Trevor for his incredible help & the time he spent with us!”

Im here with my boyfriend on a travel job and needed my iphone xr fixed, everywhere i’ve called before him gave me an estimate of $250 to fix the lcd and screen. But he has great prices way under that and fixed it with in 30 minutes, everything works great and will definitely use him again if i ever need another phone fixed!
