“I cant say enough positive things about this store as well as the 3 employees who helped me. Kelly, Madison, and Trevor helped me with a serious security issue I had regarding my cell service which was the service I had before them. They helped me pick out the phone that would secure me the most and went above and beyond like no other cellular store ever. They spent time making sure I was set up properly and when I had one issue arise (not because of them) they worked extremely hard at helping me get the issue resolved. “Went to Verizon to have them set me up with a new phone via insurance. When it didn't come when it was supposed to, Allen was very helpful in finding what the problem is and just so I didn't have to go several days without a phone, he let me use his spare phone. I just had to put my sim card in it. My experience with the customer service here the last couple years has been above and beyond. Thanks”
