J &M took my sister's (expensive) lawn mower in to service it. Instead of returning HER lawnmower, they dumped off an old non-functioning piece of junk. They refused to return her mower. They STOLE her mower! Don't do business with them. Totally dishonest.

Not a fan at all. No reason to go into details other than to say what you save with him most likely you will spend on repairs or parts. BTW if he tells you that a mower can't be adjusted with the loader on, have him take the loader off and try it.

I took my rototiller there because I had to run it with the choke on. They said the gas tank needed to be changed?? I finally got it back 3 months later with the same gas tank still on it and them wanting 85.00 $ for fixing it. Nothing changed, I still have to run with the choke on!!! They boned me good. Beware!
