The team was super professional, came in needing an oil change, and to diagnose a loud metal on metal noise coming from the driver side front end. They were able to figure out all the problems, and give me a very detailed report with pictures on other small issues. Highly recommend and will be taking all my cars there from now on.

Poor repair service. My check engine light came on a few days after my service. Code was for mass air flow sensor. I was told the air sensor was replaced. When I opened the hood to check, the sensor was laying on top of the engine. After looking around I found a cut hose and multiple hose mounts were not reinstalled. Now I have to find what this cut hose went to. And I am now questioning the entire service.

Oil change on a Lincoln MKT went well, and was about $20 more than the high volume/low customer service places you see on the corners, but Ethan the manager takes care of his customers!
Mechanics provide fine services.

Was having problems with our Jeep dying and not starting. Ethan & his mechanic checked everything and couldn't find the problem. Especially after it started again. During the inspection he found several things that made it hazardous to keep driving. Ethan went over everything with us and the dangers. He was very patient and accommodating. Our jeep was fixed (along with the problem of not starting) and returned to us in the time he specified. Ethan was a pleasure to deal with and we will be returning for any other issues that arise with our vehicle. Thank you Ethan
