Everyone is super friendly and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have a 2010 Ford edge and I will have this car until it dies. I love it so much. I would not buy anything but a Ford so I will be coming to Prescott when I do need a new car. They are the best in sales and auto repair!!”

“My husband was involved in an accident which heavily damaged his pickup truck. The truck was towed to Zip's and we were a little surprised - but relieved - when Zip said it could be fixed. When my husband picked up the truck after its repair, we were absolutely blown away because even though the truck is five years old, it looks brand new. Wouldn't want to be in another accident but would not hesitate to have Zip and his crew do the repair work. They did a great job and we cannot thank them enough.”

“Where do I start?!?!?! Today I was driving from Des Moines, Iowa to ORD to fly out with my daughter and her friend. We are heading to Bali, Indonesia for a trip they have been planning for a year.
I drive a Ford Lightning. The App was wrong on where I would be able to charge to get us the full distance.
We pulled into Rochelle with 21 miles left (we needed way more than that to get to ORD!).
I drove to Prescott Brothers Ford and asked them for help. Within 3 minutes they had us taken care of. They literally saved the day and our trip. We would have missed our flight if it wasn't for their genuine kindness. They got myself, my 16 year old daughter and her friend a ride all the way to ORD.
This type of kindness just doesn't happen that often.
