Needed a tow. Told driver BEFORE he arrived that ball joint was broken(car wont roll, tire bent out) quotes me $65. Shows up and rubs his chin as if there is some kind of decision to be made then notices were from Michigan and says "this kind of break will be $85. A broken ball joint is just that. Your not rolling a car like this in ANY condition so either way the car would have been getting towed in the same fashion if any other tow driver was called. $20 extra. Then bubba uses as little brain power as possible to squeeze the rollback jack under the front of the car as if this was the 1st car he's ever strapped down. This guy was pure lazy and I probably heard "oops" from his mouth 10 times. This guy couldn't find his way out of a wet paper bag. Only thing that was worth $85 was his last seconds with the car when I watched his stupid a** try to spin the broken wheel and pinched his finger in the break caliper. Not personable people and probably an Obama supporter. Make Chicago great again.

Pathetic and distasteful service, called to confirm they had a specific piece for my vehicle and they stated they did and also gave me a price. Upon arriving to pick up the part I was then told they don't have it and also that it'll be higher than what was initially stated. Lol how can you charge higher for a part your claiming not to have on hand?

Doesn't follow through on orders, and once I received the part (a week and a half later) its for a completely different vehicle. The kicker is they want me to pay them so they can take the part back. I will never do business with them again.
