My better half had her Jeep Cherokee pummeled by the golf ball sized hail in Roanoke on 3/31. Her sunroof was shattered and we live in Peoria. The Dodge dealer didn't have a body shop, and Brad was accommodating enough to make time to crash wrap her Jeep so she could make it home. He then waved away her attempts at paying. Gracious during our small tragedy, I just had to post my support. My better half works in town, she'll find a way to repay him, no doubt. Thank you for your help, Brad!

Husband stopped by to get a minor thing looked at and he made it worse and left him hanging..."Got things to do, gotta go." WHAT!? Husband went right to Eureka Autobody and they took the time and fixed it FOR FREE since it wasn't a very big job at all. Took no more than 10 minutes and took the extra step to explain never to buy the kind of parts he did. Husband wound up paying $20 for the service and was happy to pay....unheard of to hear, "No charge!" Go to Eureka for better service all the way around!

I had my Viper repaired at Brad's Auto Body and was very impressed with his professionalism, excellent repair ability and integrity. I live over 200 miles away and heard this was the place to get your Viper repaired in case of an accident. Everything was handled over the phone and e-mail, including estimates, updates and payment. I never even met Brad but will use his services again if needed. Thank you Brad and staff for a superior repair job.

Brad Hodel at Brads Autobody is without a doubt the best place to get you car or truck repaired especially when you really care about the quality of the work performed and you want your vehicle back the “way it was beforeâ€. Brad has helped me out quite a few times over the years with different vehicles and has always done an outstanding job. He'll fight to put quality parts back on your vehicle even when insurance wants substandard parts used on the repair. I personally know many people who will gladly wait to have brad do the job rather than take it somewhere else that could get them in much sooner, that speaks volumes alone. I was so disappointed to read the one negative review about brad, basically about his integrity that had nothing to do with his business. Ive personally known Brad for many years and it's not even in his personality to be the way the negative reviewer claimed he acted in regards to the service he received from his business.

Just to let you know about Brad Hodel owner of Brad's Auto Body. His son borrowed a friend's truck to move. When he broke down, he told us what repair he wanted to have fixed on the truck. We told him it probably would not fix the bigger problem with the engine. But since he had borrowed it from a friend, he just wanted to do the temporary fix until he could move and give it back to his friend. It ended up breaking down again and they had it fixed in Kentucky. We did the repair he told us to repair. We fixed the vehicle for free and he just paid for the part. I can assure you we will always go above and beyond to make sure a customer is satisfied. Brad then posted a negative review to try and hurt our business. I called him personally to try to get a resolution. It is always frustrating when you go above and beyond and some still will try to hurt your business. Is this the type go business person you would want to do business with?
