I'm in my 60s, and this is without a doubt, the best UPS facility I have ever used. This is the second time I've gone there. I no longer live in the area, but when I'm up visiting my family, occasionally I have to ship something back home.
A little over a week ago I took some items that I did not have a box for. They went to the trouble to arrange my items in the most economical fashion possible. They charged me six dollars for the materials they needed, and in my opinion, after receiving my box and seeing how expertly it was packed, and with the degree of care they took, I honestly feel they should've charged me more. Not only for the main box that housed my items, but also for a bubble wrap envelope inside of an additional box they included for some books. I was honestly stunned when I received my box and opened it up.
I had also shipped some items one of the previous times I was in town (that time I had my own box) after trying one or two other UPS places in the area. They all pale in comparison to this location..
I've read some negative reviews on here and I really don't know what these people are talking about.
These guys couldn't be more friendly or accommodating, they excel at what they do, and their pricing is beyond fair and reasonable.
We seem to live in a world where nobody is good at their job anymore, or even seem to care whether they are, or not. Not here. It's a pleasure giving them my business.

USE DIFFERENT LOCATION! They will charge you $1 to print out a call tag that they will scan to print out a sticker tags for a box anyway. I've never had to do this at any other location before and wanted to up charge me for a simple return......seems like a scam to me.

I went to this ups store today, the associate that help me was Mexican I believe,, he gave me great customer service and gave me great ideas when it comes to restaurants,if I ever visit Chicago again, I will be back to visit!!!!

UPS has many stores where it's easy to courier any package anywhere in the world. Easy to return amazon returnable items.

I love this store! There’s nothing they won’t ship! They’re helpful and will pack things up for you when you don’t have the boxes or time! Manny and his group are the best and they get you in and out fast!

Went to pick up a package that required a signature. The associate at the desk was not very helpful, didn't even attempt to help locate my package even when I had the tracking info which said it was here. The guy did not seem to want to work today or help anyone else that walked in. No greetings or a simple thank you for the people then went up.

Gosh, have I seen a worst store than this one, very rude reps. Very uninviting location, nobody seems to like working at this location. Very unhelpful staff and rude. Save some time, visit another UPS store.

I needed to ship a time sensitive doc to India and the guy at the counter LIED to me that it would reach there in 3 to 5 days and charged me more than $110 for a 4 page document. Unfortunately its been more than a week and online tracking says it will be 8 to 10 days. I missed my deadline because of these guys. I'd go to DHL for future needs and certainly not walk into this place.

Worst UPS store. The guy looks irresponsible and dull, not at all helping customers. I asked for a post showing him address and he showed some envelopes. After filling the envelop he didnt mentioned that UPS doesnt ship to PO box and charged for the envelop which is a total waste for me. What can I do with an expensive envelop? Please hire someone who is active and helping customers instead of misguiding them.

They are always friendly, quick, and parking is so easy. Great experience at UPS, never had a problem there.
