Originally, my plans was to order from rock Auto online i just needed help finding the right parts. Rickey Hawthorne provided me with the best customer service ever, he found me a mechanic that happened to be in the store, I was able to purchase my parts with the mechanic discount. The mechanic also said he would repair my vehicle at a”playa discount” which was over half of what I was originally quoted from another mechanic. “If you own a foreign car this is the place to take it! I have taken my car to them on more than one occasion and always get it back fixed. I thought I had an issue after my last visit after picking up my vehicle and called Eric and his team and explained what was going on. They explained what the car was doing (air suspension was relearning via computer settings), and said to call on Monday if the issue wasn't resolved and it did resolve itself. Eric himself reached out to me on Monday morning before I had the opportunity to reach out to him to follow up on the issue I was having. Eric and his team truly care and are amazing with the work and business ethics and it shows. Phenomenal Job to you and your team!!!!!”
“On Sunday, 05/21/2023 my 2018 International LT625 was towed to the Cummins dealership across the street from Rush Truck Center in Springfield, IL. When the Cummins dealership opened this morning on 05/22/2023, I advised the service person of the repair timeframe that I was given on Saturday evening, and he gave me a different timeframe of next week for the diagnosis test and repairing the issue. My driver contacted Rush Truck Center and they immediately helped us out and got us back on the road within 4 hours (Thermostat issue). I am not a fan of other Rush Truck Centers BUT the Rush Truck Center in Springfield, IL gets two THUMBS UP!Great service, Great staff members and a quick response which got us back on the road this morning heading to Oklahoma to drop off our load.I appreciate you!Kisha H.”
