Don't bother wasting your time if you need a package processed. Apparently they're short staffed. But they will station someone at the window to say they can't serve you. They don't have the correct job title. Just close it down permanently

Mainly serve as a reminder for me not to go here and go to one of the other post offices instead, like the one at 7836 Ogden. They are closed from 1pm to 2pm, so you have to remember that. Then based on my last three experiences they told me that can't process certain things I want done and they tell me to go to a different post office anyway. I think this rating needs to be similar to the other reviews of the nearby post-offices, at around 2.5 stars or lower. It seems like I remember them to be better around 3 years ago, but not so much now.

Had a package shipped out for delivery,next day it arrived back at my house. After going back again to see what happened, she said they read the label wrong then wanted to charge me again full price to make it right. When I questioned her,she and the woman next to her got condescending and nasty. She was agent # 69. Avoid this office at all costs.

Always get a receipt when dropping off a package. If that's not possible, go to another post office.

whats the point of receiving a tracking number that state when packages are suppose to arrive, when the employees decide to lie. I had a package that was suppose to come in by 4 pm, which is late usually, to my business, but i didn't receive it. On top of that, I own a restaurant, and two of their employees came in for lunch at 3:30... didnt want to assume they had my package but i truly regret that. Once, they claim our business was closed for not delivering something, when we were def open. Something needs to change.

I hadn't use USPS for many years and I'm super glad that I don't need to use this service. However, I went yesterday to the Riverside post office and I learned that nobody was there all day. Unbelievable!

In addition to already having really limited/short hours, a very long lunch break, and usually 1-2 employees max, they are always closed at random times throughout the day with no notice. Don't bother going here. Just go to the next town over, and maybe they'll actually be open during their listed business hours.

This is my favorite post office, Tiffany & David are the best & have gone over & beyond since I began mailing my packages from here in 2020. I sell & ship rare plants & they've always gotten to their destination when I mail from this post office. I've had issues at other locations but this one has consistently followed through & been super nice. I'll always come here & am grateful for them!
