This place needs to improve, they don't call to tell you that your glasses are ready. It's been more than a month and even my glasses are not ready, this is unacceptable. And the employee does not do her job well at all. I will not buy in this place again.

My family and I have been going to this place for 20+ years. I never had an issue until Cesar left. Cesar returned our call within 24 hours and his customer service skills were excellent. We never had to call him to check if our glasses or contacts were ready for pick-up! I am truly disappointed with current management! They never answer the call. Voice messages are returned after leaving multiple messages! They never call to inform our glasses/contacts are ready! This place needs a better management and customer service person!

My family has purchased glasses here for more than +8yrs and always received such amazing service from Cesar. Unfortunately, I believe he is no longer employed here :( But I really wanted to comment on such thoughtful, truly helpful and amazing service that he provided over so many years. Thank you, Cesar!

Waited about 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. Was charged much more for an eye exam than was told on a phone call prior to visit. The optometrist was listed as in network with my insurance provider but he said he wasn't. That is probably the insurance providers fault.

We went to this location today because I had purchased a pair of glasses from a different location and since the beginning I had issues with my glassses until they finally broke! We decided to go in to Riverside and Cesar helped us out so much I am truly grateful and we will be coming back and recommending this location 10000% Thank you so much!!!

If only zero stars were available... Went yesterday and was literally policed by some woman who kept marching around the small space standing behind me for no reason. My mom asked her for the price of a specific pair of glasses and she responded that the glasses were "different prices." The "sale" is supposed to be two pairs for $99 but we were quoted a price of $693.00 . They looked for a cheaper price and quoted $673. Of course they justified the $600 price difference with the complexity of the prescription. Guess what? The last pair of glasses my mom got were also from here and she can not see in those either--from day one. The optometrist who examined her yesterday confirmed that the glasses were made incorrectly. My last experience with them ended with them stealing a pair of glasses I ordered which were really sharp then replacing them with some crazy looking glasses I had never seen. We tried giving them another chance but never again. No wonder they are going out of business they should.
