Awful business ! I made an appointment for my 7 month old dog on Wednesday , March 27th at noon. Upon arriving there were people in the back of the room , no one was manning the front so I patiently waited. Suddenly , a table of some kind collapsed and the owner of the establishment started using PROFANITY and screaming at the dog she was working on , it started screaming and crying because it was scared! Finally someone come out from the back - didn’t realize I was there. I asked if she was having a bad day? She looked at me perplexed and then called the owner Shelly Duncan . I asked her the same question- are you having a bad day? She too looked perplexed as if I were crazy - I went on to tell her if this is the way she conducts business -ABUSIVE!!!! There was no I was going to leave my dog there! Shelly got upset and said she was going to take my picture and call the cops! Told her be my guest - I’ll be happy to wait! The riverside police did show up and I filed a complaint. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!!!!

I’m new to the area so I was looking for a groomer for my golden retriever. I’m very satisfied with how his trim turned out! We found our regular groomer ? Cash or check only, schedule appointments well in advance!

We love Shelly at Doggy-a-gogo! After being turned away by another groomer in the area, I called Shelly and she invited me to stop by the shop with my dog so she could meet us and answer any questions. That was 4 years ago and I haven’t looked back since! Shelly always looks after the best interest of my dog and one of the kindest people I have ever met. I highly recommend you give Shelly a call to see if she’d be a good fit for your grooming needs!

Holly (3 1/2 years old) has been going to Shelly at Doggy-A-GoGo her whole life. Holly loves to go see Shelly! Whether we are keeping Holly's coat longer in the winter or shorter in the summer, we always get the customized groom we are looking for at Doggy-A-GoGo.

Doggy a GoGo grooming is by far the BEST groomer in our area! Shelley is professional and always does an amazing cut on my yorkie and a few times a year on my golden/shepherd mix. My big dog is a senior that lives with a damaged ACL and she’s amazingly gentle and careful with his grooming. Shelley also grooms my 2 year old rescue Yorkie! She always looks amazing right after her pampering. I highly recommend Doggy a GoGo!

After searching for the best groomer in the Chicagoland area for 3+ years, we were so happy to have finally found Doggy-A-GoGo! Shelly has been nothing short of amazing with our Saint Berdoodle, Effie. She not only does a fabulous job managing Effie’s super thick, mat-prone coat, but also treats her with love and care as if she were her own. It is a testament to Shelly and all the staff at Doggy-A-GoGo that Effie, who tends to be fearful of people outside our family, looks forward to her monthly “spa days” and gets excited anytime I drive in the general vicinity of the shop. Having been with Doggy-A-GoGo for the past year, we cannot imagine another groomer meeting all our needs so perfectly.

I’ve been going to Doggy since my pup was 3 months old and he is 5 yo., the mentioned of her name at the house and immediately tails are wagging and they know where they are going, I trust her with my babies, and more so they do an amazing job, I can’t say enough and highly recommend them, puppies approves.

I have been going to Doggy A Go Go for over 10 years. Shelly is amazing. She treats Lexi like she is her own dog. She is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Shelly is very friendly and always makes Lexi look like a princess. I highly recommend Doggy A Go Go to everyone!

We have been going to Doggy A Go Go for over 14 years. My dogs (poodles) love going to Shelly for their spa day. I trust her and she always grooms them exactly as I request. She is the best!
