“Paulen Auto is a fantastic body shop in Chicago, the best I've been to. I took my VW GTI in after a small accident involving my front bumper, and Maciek told me he could get "90-95% of the damage out with just a buff + repaint." He did not disappoint, and I'd say it was much closer to 100%. The bumper looks brand-new, and I ended up saving about $1000 over a new one. “After the dealership was going to charge me over $600 to replace a hood latch because of rust I was given a recommendation of All Cars Auto. Eric took a look and said you probably don’t need a new latch, you just have some rust. He sprayed the latch with lubricant and rust remover, worked the latch up and down and I was good to go. He even didn’t charge me for his time. Great place!”
