“I have been in several Dollar Tree locations and this store is EXCELLENT. Staff is friendly and helpful! I have never encountered an issue. Today I called to see if an item I was looking for was in stock. The person told me that they were just receiving their shipment and would call me back to let me know if they got any. They kept their word and called back! Now this is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out to the Corporate Office to forward this compliment as well.”

“I visit this dollar tree location at least once a week and I just want to say how amazing SAM (MANAGER) is. She is very helpful asking customers if they need help smiling, it’s always a good experience when she’s there. She should give a lesson to a couple of the workers there.”

“I googled this dollar general and this location has come up I seen the reviews and was a little weary due to the comments. This store is very nice workers are calm and inviting. I realize plenty that takes these reviews are impatient, and rude. I witnessed a lady hollering and belittling the cashier and manager over a coupon that was for wrong size item they were being so polite and she still was screaming out the door calling them idiots, I felt bad for them but they stayed very professional and calm. “It was decent, clean and organized. I had to check my backpack at the front, which I don't appreciate but have come to expect from dollar stores. They have an app with digital coupons that you tap into with your phone number. There were bins of out-of-season candy at the checkout. The prices were not clear, and the deal I got wasn't worth it. Compared to the bad rep dollar stores seem to get, this one seems all right.”

“Happened to shop here for the vitamins here aren't too expensive. The fruit and accessories are to good to come by. I likely shopped to the extent of essential items such as q tips and shampoo and razors. The use of purchasing a iTunes card at the reasonable credit also helps. Nevertheless a great store to come through and shop.”

“I don't know if I dealt with one of the store's manager today just now, or not, but I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I've had at a Dollar tree in a long time. They had everything I was looking for, as well as obviously being cheaper than the surrounding competition.. They also made it a point to make me comfortable enough to ask questions in regards to location and price for each and every item I needed. They didn't bother me, but they also didn't push me away when I really needed to know certain things.
Yeah.....it's a dollar store. I might not get the greatest quality in regards to the items I purchase. However, it also isn't garbage I'm purchasing, either. They (those working at the Dyer location, that is) make darn sure that each and every customer has been attended to. And I am NOT just saying that. I know service jobs are really stressful, and it is VERY damn hard to keep your composure at times. But they make it look damn easy, especially when you really do get some knucklehead customers that are never satisfied with anything. It's hard, and you can't please everybody...a d yet they attempt to, regardless.
EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE DESERVES A RAISE IN PAY. I'M NOT SAYING THIS JUST TO MAKE THE PEOPLE THAT WAITED ON ME FEEL BETTER. I'M SAYING THIS BECAUSE I FELT COMFORTABLE IN THAT STORE AND NOT EMBARRASSED.
Bottom line is.....the Dyer store is doing a damn good job in making me feel comfortable where I happened to shop for groceries and personal items.
I MOST DEFINITELY plan on coming back in the near future.....which is more than likely going to be tomorrow afternoon. The manager they have now, as well as the employees, must really enjoy whomever they work for. They do a damn good job in regards to HOW things are done.
And I know by now I must sound like a broken record, but they also do a damn good job as to WHY certain things get done as well. The service/retail industry is a rough one, to say the least. But whomever runs this specific local knows what they are doing at least. I hope it remains this way, to be honest.
I plan on seeing everyone again today, simply because my mom most definitely forgot what else she needed at the store, hahahaha!

“Want to give a shout out to the young lady who was working the April 30 night shift. Apparently she was the only person who showed up for work. The line was half way down the store and she kept apologizing to everyone for the wait. Why you short staff your store so much is really sad. I know it happens being a retail manager myself.
