From the lady (Lisa) that answered the phone whom I set up the pick appointment with, to the Tow Truck driver (Ricky) who picked up the car from my house. They both had amazing customer service and such a great, positive and professional attitude. Besides that, they offered the best offer for my car. I hope the business will also update their website, gate sign and phone message with the correct hours*Their website, outside gate, Facebook and phone message all say they are open Thursdays. Google showed closed so I called. All of the other things said open. Got there and the gate was closed -- The Gate had the hours posted that they were open! Another potential customer was there and was also confused. If they are now closed thursdays they should update their website, phone message, giant sign and facebook.”
