The pharmacy customer service in the drive-up has only gotten worse. I did not think it's possible but it did. I was in line at the drive-thru and several cars were behind me. Two pharmacy employees continued to talk to to each other and totally ignore the drive thru.. I finally lost my cool and laid on the horn. The young man came over and helped me out. If I had not laid on the horn, there was no regard for the customers in line. By the time I left there were five cars in line. When will the customer come first?

This ppl are totally dumb. They don’t know nothing. Every time when I need to get my dad’s medicine, I have give many calls, to get some medicine. My doctor is calling all the time& they literally lie that he doesn’t call. My dad ended up in hospital because of them, because they did not “saw” the refill for the medicine. Yesterday went over there& they wanted to charge me, for the medicine, I had to explain over& over again& show them again that he has insurance. They were contradict w me that my dad is not insured. All the incompetents are working to this pharmacy.

I Go to the Walgreens on Harlem Avenue and Irving park in Noridge for My Prescriptions and other stuff but the pharmacy is so slow and Not doing their jobs well every time I call them they put you on hold and then a lot of times they just don't answer I have talked to the Store manager and that still doesn't help

Pharmacy is BRUTAL!!! Out of stock for cancer pain medication and let the phone time out twice when I called to find out when it would be in or if another pharmacy had it. Twice on hold once 48 minutes, another for over an hour. If this is how they treat cancer patients, something like a flu or virus probably isn't even on their radar. Zero Stars but they wouldn't let me post without giving one.

This is my local Walgreens. I called ahead yesterday and today to confirm they could help me and was assured they would. Was turned away on both occasions when I visited the store because the person who provided the service "was out". This was a simple photo job. I have been a Walgreens customer for 35 years at different locations. For some reason the service at this location is uniquely bad. This store is depressing mainly because of the staff. Their default setting is to defer customers to absent co-workers who "take care of that". Most Walgreens locations have a positive vibe, but this one will drain you.

Very clean and organized. The pharmacy is really great. The only complaint that I have is sometimes when I’m checking out where you go side your debit card, The machine doesn’t work so you have to go to the ATM and withdraw money (it’s happened to me and I’ve seen that happened to people about 500 times so far).. this is a constant problem as I’m here 3 to 4 times a week. I like this location because I live a few houses down and it’s quick and convenient.

Recently I had to fill a prescription; my doctor wrote it in a confusing way (two different strengths of an injectable drug to be self-administered), and Neville, the pharmacist, refused to fill it until he checked with the physician. After it was clarified, Neville discovered that he had only enough stock of one strength, so he searched other Walgreens pharmacies until he found what was needed. Later that night, when he was ending his shift, he telephoned me to see whether I had gotten what I needed and if I was able to administer the shots. I was very appreciative of Neville's care and his conscientious follow up. After some unhappy medical experiences, it was great to find myself in the hands of a competent and compassionate pharmacist who gave outstanding service. A credit to his profession and to the River Grove pharmacy.

The worst walgreens I've even been to. Unfortunately, I have been coming here for last 9 months but I'm done as of today.Pharmacy the slowest ever - and I mean girls who work there are just chatting and won't acknowledge customers in a line. Nobody ever is at drive through. Prices on the shelves do not match prices they scan at a register. And just negative atmosphere.

Been going there for 50yrs. And know the pharmacists by name!! And don't blame the pharmacists, they have to deal with people with no insurance, and can't understand what's going on!! Give them a break!!

Takes 15 minutes just to be acknowledged in the drive thru. Pharmacy staff has all the time in the world.
