“Outstanding UHaul location; I go 20 minutes out of my way from the terrible ones closer to me. Bryan, Luna, Alesia, Maria, Wendy, Tyler, and Alecia (apologies for any misspellings; I didn't even remember Bryan's name the second time due, I would "say" mainly, to cognitive load) were tremendously warm, welcoming, kind, helpful, and understanding. If you're going to go to a UHaul anywhere near here, pick this one.”

“Very Secure & clean & convenient & priced competitively. There are 2 keypads for entry. 1 for your unit for use all the time, and 1 for the main doors after 7pm. Very loud alarm is activated, if you forget to use the keypad before unlocking your unit. This is great for security. And makes me feel like my stuff is that much safer.Bathrooms and the entire facility are clean. No dust or debris anywhere. Elevator is to the second floor is large and runs well. Lots of modern and easy rolling handcarts to choose from.There are several individual parking slots behind large garage doors, which you can use when the weather is inclement, or when you have lots of stuff to move in and out.24/7 access is super convenient, and very secure at night, because there's no one in the facility except for people with keycodes.There are also lots of security cameras everywhere in the halls and garage, as well as in the elevator. For those who feel a little skittish, there are pull alarms at frequent intervals throughout the hallways, in the style of the sort you'd see at Universities.Honestly, I've been at my unit moving stuff around until late in the night, and never felt in danger.And to top it all off, the temperature and low humidity inside the warehouse and in the units is controlled and perfect, through a interesting HVAC system that uses inflating baffles. I've never detected floating dust, and have never seen vermin either.I wish I'd found this place sooner!”

“Extremely helpful and polite.The other location to return the truck was a lot without any body there and the online return service was not working. I wanted to make sure I was able to return the dolly and mats without getting charged. I called this office and the staff said come on over. I returned it without a hitch. Uhaul was going to charge me an extra day but the staff was able to override and fix it for me. I recommend.”

“Montana is so good at the installation of the hitches! He was professional and efficient! There was another car in front of me and he got both hitches installed within 3 hours!The customer service lady Nancy at this location was amazing too! She got me a chair to sit while I waited. There was free wifi and I got some work done.It was cool because they have CCTV and you can watch the installation process in the office if you’re curious.They have so many hitch receivers on the shelf for all kinds of vehicles!Get your hitch installed here! It’s worth the drive to work with Montana and Nancy!”

Andres, the gentleman who was working on the day of our pick up of truck, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure that all our questions were answered,We had also reserved a storage unit on line. Because of a clerical error on part, we had a mistakenly requested a second floor mezzanine storage unit. Andres quickly checked computer, found an alternate storage unit, for a slightly higher monthly price, and switched it out; Quick, easy no fuss. We are very happy.Give this guy a raise! or a Bonus!. “The sales person I spoke with was very pleasant to me, we talked about how large of a truck I needed, and how long would I be needing it for. I started out the door and she called me back to ask me did I need a dolly, I responded oh yes I do thank you for asking. When I returned the truck she made a comment mam you did not have the truck an hour I you wouldn't be back for at least two or three hours. I replied to her, I was already packed all I had to do was put it on the truck and take it off. It doesn't take all day to get a job done, and she replied I guess you're right. Have a good day mam.”
