The woman I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude and condescending. I called for help after ordering books online and mistakenly putting in the wrong address. I called the next morning since the store was already closed to ask if there was anything I could do and she just told me, "Nope, it's already been shipped out." and, "Just hope they get it to your house." I purchased three brand new textbooks for just over $300 and all she has to say is there's nothing I could do? I called the post office and they were able to find my home however, I only received TWO out of the THREE books I ordered with a receipt that only showed the two. It's funny because when I go to check my order, it says I ordered the three books. Classes have already begun and I will, unfortunately, have to call again tomorrow to try and solve this issue.

Went in to return an online book because I was never given a course key so I couldn't even open the book. It seemed like nobody had a clue how return it. The cashier that took care of me was super rude and she talked to me like I was stupid. Overall really disappointed in not only the staff, but the prices of the books, I rented an online book from triton for $110 and later found it on chegg for $35.

The black lady working there is extremely rude and rushes you and doesn’t even try to help for what you are looking for. Seems like she doesn’t want to work there. Every time i have to go to the bookstore now i hate having to go because of her , i never get the help i need !

Both of the employees seem rude and rushed yet my son and I were the only ones in the bookstore....the prices were ASTRONOMICAL....even renting it was $300 for 2 books. Insanity. I miss the little corner store that used to be on fifth ave right before you pulled onto campus. The bookstore itself is clean and organized; only reason it gets 2 stars.

Ordered school supplies for a nursing program via a scholarship program. Lady was rude and very rushed. Wouldn't let me try on the scrubs, and pushed a smaller size.I have to go back and get a bigger size.Seemed really angry that she had to be there.
