Everything very clear from the beginning. The property manager is very friendly (and speaks Spanish). The truck loan option is the best. The facilities have everything you need to make downloading the easiest part.

The LockUp had a great sale on our area New Years weekend. It was so easy to sign up online: two pieces of info were needed. I showed up the day after my targeted move in due to the holiday. There was short sign in process, I paid my fees, and was shown my spot! It's in a good location and everything is clean. I made the right choice, Lock Up: thank you!

The Lock Up associat Robert provided excellent thorough service. I dont appreciate the move in fee however the convenience of drive up option and availability at last minute add in excellent polite service from Robert made it an overall great experience. oh they provide the lock nice.

Robert was amazing he helped me find the proper storage unit for my needs! Furthermore, he was extremely patient and showed me several spaces so I could decide on what works best for me. The hours are great you can access your space from early morning until late at night. My previous unit through Public Storage on Pulaski was not accommodating with time and they had maintenance issues. The inside of my unit at Lockup is immaculate and I see that they have excellent pest control. Time and care is put into keeping the entire property clean. Prices are reasonable and they send you a reminder to pay before you get charged a late fee. Thank you Robert and crew at the River Grove Lockup!!!
