took chance at this shop d/t location and good reviews on google. i would say the craftsmanship is just above a hackjob. returned my 3 mos old car with dirty interior filled with shop dust,missing fastener/hardware,overspray eveywhere, repaired panel/ rails left unpainted. i thought taking it to this body shop would make the car look like it never was in any acccident. overall the job looks unprofessional/ no pride on the repair job. i was expecting a close to factory quality finish but got the DIY alley garage quality finish.

The shop did an amazing job on my car and did the work very fast at a fair price, would bring all my cars back here if I get needed to. The car looked perfect afterwards like nothing ever happened and looked better than it did before the accident.
Staff are very friendly and informative with the status of the car. Also the estimate was as much as they charged me in my experience with my car

I have to share my experience with Ted's Auto Body in Elmwood Park. My vehicle was side swiped leaving cosmetic damage on my passenger side rear door, quarter panel and rear bumper. After seeking for a realistic estimate but more importantly a quality repair, I was referred to Ted's and I will say that I am absolutely pleased with the outcome! Top notch service! Excellent communication and explanation with Tony the whole way, informing me on the process, ETA on parts and labor that would be preformed during the process. Thank you Tony, you made it quite pleasant and making me feel at ease throughout the process on repair. Also I gotta thank Bobby who preformed a lot of the work, this guy definitely deserves some recognition. He can reassemble a vehicle blindfolded... you guys are very accommodating and I can't thank you enough. Thank you very much guys... I will refer my circle and to anyone in general looking for auto body repair, to you guys! My vehicle looks brand new and you would never have any indication my vehicle was ever in an accident. I am grateful for your service...

I brought in my car that has a matte paint coating and developed a nasty tennis ball sized rust spot on the trunk. It stood out like a sore thumb. Larry and his team were polite and all about customer service. They were fast and fair with the pricing. Will definitely be a lifelong customer
