The location is convenient and they can usually squeeze me in w/o an appointment, however I have to mention the girl at the front desk does seem to have an attitude, displays lack of professionalism and a lack of customer service skill (for example I stood at the counter for what felt like two minutes today before she got off her personal phone, acknowledged me, then finally rang me up). Not to mention her lack of patience with the card reader, repeatedly calling it “stupid” out loud and groaning as she had to try over repeatedly get my card to read. This is my second experience observing her outward lack of professionalism in the salon and with proper training this could hopefully be resolved.

I went here on whim bc my usual place is closed on Tuesdays...I simply asked the nail tech to take off my no chip manicure trim and file my nails down and put a clear coat on when done. He only filed my nails even though I asked three times to trim them down and shape them and left a bunch of my old polish all over the bottom of my fingers please see picture.... definitely won't be back. The staff was also not super welcoming either! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

I've been coming to this place for a long time, but lately the service is terrible! Last week, Kai was doing my manicure, he cut me twice, not even saying sorry and then gave me bad attitude. He then starting yelling at me in Vietnamese. They do not pay attention to details and do everything rushed. I do not recommend this placeService: Manicure

I typically avoid this place but it’s open on Sundays and my regular salon isn’t. I got a no chip pedicure, one of their packages with mud mask for legs. They over charge extremely and put a minimal number of coats. The tech cut my cuticles so deep my feet hurt for almost a week, it’s a miracle I didn’t get an infection, I was definitely expecting one. Definitely do not recommend.

Was greeted very friendly and taken care of almost immediately. Felt like nail tech was rushing though. Didn't push or cut my cuticles correctly. I tried to tell her that I could see the cuticle still on my nail lifted. She didn't understand me as she spoke no English. She filed my nails all differently. 10 nails 10 shapes. Not to mentioned she burned My thumb on side filing so aggressively. Geesh! My nails didn't look clean and manicured. More like I myself, did them at home.Probably never going back. But this is what I get for not driving the extra 15 min to the place I normally go to.Lesson learned.

The pedicure was ok they didn't get my heels good , also they were kinda rude. Told them I just wanted a regular pedi and they told me to grab a nail book and gave attitude for picking the wrong book nail book. Keep in mind I have never been there . They were even slightly annoyed that I asked for water .

I needed my nails corrected urgently because I had them done at another salon earlier that day and they were dreadful. After Anna relieved all of my stress and did my nails wonderfully in 20 minutes, I must say it is worthwhile to come here! They are professional and skilled, and the interior is attractive. They also serve cold beverages. They actually are very caring. Very wonderful place, and I will return. When I told Anna about my previous salon experience, she laughed and made me feel so much better and thoroughly taken care of. When I came in and told her the color the owner came right out with it. I love this nail salon!! Thanks you lady’s! ❤️???

They were super busy so they ran behind for our appointment, however we made it the same day and there were 3 of us. My nails turned out just how I wanted, Leah was professional and did great work.

Bad experience, we went tiday, April 13, 2023 and kway, intentionally, over charged us, he charged us $35.00 and did not mention anything. We said, why are you over charging us, he did not say anything, I'm not going nack, I wonder, how many times, has kway (male) has , the gotten away. Good thing, we mentioned , it to him. If you plan, on going to the nail salon, make sure Kway won't over charge , for the service. Waste of money and time going to that location. Terrible experience. First and last time. Don't recommend. I have natural nails I almost cried what they did. They don't care about customers. If you new they don't do care even more. Person who do my nails was so hurry that cut me twice. Didn't remove nail polish arround toes,really can't say good word. Ps. And price is to high for the service which they provide. Also people look very tired. Maybe few minutes breake will help to provide better service.Services: Manicure

Overall I think this is a great salon. The pricing is a good, and they do offer good quality manicures and the design for me and my friend got was fantastic!! See pictures for reference. The hand drawn design on her nails didn’t even take too long, and it was done perfectly. I will definitely go back.
