A few days ago, I backed into a wall leaving minor scratches but mostly major paint marks deeply encrusted in my bumper and fender. First thing I bought one product to take it out, and another...and another, nothing worked. I went to check River Auto Body to see if they could take my car and somehow buff it out. They were busy and couldn't take the car right away but came out to check what needed to be done. Aha, said the guy, wait a second! He xame back with a sponge, a "miracle" product and took care of the problem in less time that it takes to write this.How much do I owe you?: Nothing! Just bring your car if you ever have a problem. Honesty and kindness at its very best.

I decided to check River Auto Body and explained what just happened and if they could buff it out. They are busy, so they told me they couldn't do anything today, which I had no problem with, but they came out to check what needed to be done. The guy went back in, came back with a sponge, a "miracle" product and took care of the problem in less time that it takes to write this! I asked how much I owed him: Nothing! He could have said bring it tomorrow, we'll buff it out, or what not and charge me $100...Nope, not here. So I don't know about you guys, but when I see (mostly nowadays) that this kind of gesture and professionalism, it just makes me want to write a well deserved review, so there! Really nice and honest people, Thank you for that!

What a great experience I had with River Auto Body from start to finish. Every person I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and honest. The car looks amazing. The work was completed much faster than I thought it would take. No one wants to be in an accident and have to deal with all the stuff that goes along with it, but they made the process super easy.

They wanted to charge $2,000 more than a place that I actually got my service from. They should post that this place is cash only. Don't go there unless you want to get ripped off, very overpriced! They don't wear masks either! I was rushed to make a decision because he wanted to make a phone call. Which I found rude and unprofessional.

They did an excellent job on my car, went above and beyond what they were supposed to do, they even vacuumed my car, I don’t know any shops that do that. Very responsive to calls and emails, great customer service. I definitely recommend them.

I first went to the shop, because it was in my neighborhood. If I can, I wish to help neighbors. The owner (part owner ?), who has a degree in Mechanical engineering, helped me, even though it was not in the scope of his shop. We talked about his sons .... and their educations. He explained what he was seeking in my car. I am a physicist (OLD ! 85 +) and I need to understand. He was Professional and did a wonderful job. I am so pleased! I wish to be treated like a human being, and fairly, and competently. I was! I recommend this plave. Sigurd

They do amazing body work! My car has 3 stage paint and my car looks perfect! I would definitely recommend this shop. It's a valued and trusted shop. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
