I dropped off my Canada goose jacket for a new zipper was told it will be ready in 5 days, I come in the next day to make sure they replace it with the same zipper 2 way, she says what do u need that for one way is enough. I said no this is an expensive coat and I want the same!! few days go by I come in, the tailor is MIA the guy tells me she got the zipper this morning and will be ready Fri . I go Fri nothing done! I also notice the jacket is hanging right by the door where anyone can reach in and grab it!!! ARE U Kidding !! I again have concerns what is going on with the tailor ? MIA again, her co worker says sorry she is lazy!!! I left and an hr later came back to take my jacket before someone else walks off with it! Also the day I dropped it off she was very rude ! This is a $2,000 jacket hanging in the window right być the door where anyone can take it! Irresponsible & pathetic business practices! And lazy per her co worker ! DO NOT USE FOR ANYTHING OF VALUE after reading reviews she destroyed someone's coat recently!! Garage sale quality workmanship!

This place is very expensive. I came in with a winter coat to be dry cleaned and needed 6 buttons reinforced on coat. They quoted me a price of $47.00 to have this done. Found another cleaners that will charge $20.00 to have it all done.

I've only been once, but I plan on going back again. All the clothes I brought were well cleaned and a nice coat was mended and cleaned up wonderfully.

This location is amazing. I work for aviation and sometimes I need to run in for last minute jacket pressing. This location never fails me, amazing and quick. Lovely nice staff and wonderful results

One of the better cleaners in the area. Family owned, they really care for you as a customer. Turned in a white winter coat for cleaning, they had to do it twice to make sure it was spotless! Highly recommended.

Very disappointed in this cleaners. I wouldn’t chance going here. I brought in 3 blankets to be cleaned. 1 down comforter and 2 faux fur blankets. Easy stuff. They ruined 1 of the fur blankets because they said someone had left a pen in on their garment and it broke and ruined everything in that load. (How are they not emptying people’s pockets? Seems like dry cleaning 101....) The good news is, they gave me a full reimbursement for the blanket, so I can purchase another one. Something else happened to the second faux fur blanket too because it’s no longer soft, it’s stiff and dry. As for the down comforter, they also screwed that up. It’s just a simple wash and dry (it’s too big to wash and dry in my own washer and dryer, so I have to take it in).. The blanket was wet when I received it, so it’s hanging to dry right now in my apartment and smells like a wet dog. I payed $45 for them to dry clean my down comforter and they didn’t even dry it. I should’ve saved myself the $40, and just went to a laundromat. I ignored the bad reviews on this dry cleaner, and went anyway... don’t make my mistake.

Everything was good except the cashier named Gina. Very rude to me! At the end of the sale she just went on to the next customer. No thank you or anything. I just stood there for a moment, then asked her if I was finished, still nothing just pointed at my clothes. Very, very poor customer service!
