People are being fooled here, they replaced my air filter and gas filter for 5 hours and charged $60, I know how it is replaced, when I asked how it was possible, they told me that the boss told me this price and he didn't have it in place!

A friend just took his car to this location they charge him $650 to replace the Harmonic Balancer and the Serpentine Belts they didn't install a new Balancer and didn't install back the Crankshaft sensor. Please always check reviews STAY AWAY

Don't take your car there for brakes. They leave parts off, and you'll pay again someplace else. They don't relook at issues when you return. They are good with other stuff

If I could, I wouldn't give it a single star because I went to change my four tires and they broke the sensor on the rear tire and they still had the nerve to put the plug on it so I wouldn't notice, and they also needed to put a nut on that same tire. They have little professionalism because one is confident that they do a good job and I went there because they recommended them to me but I'm really angry ? at least they would have let me know what happened but since the sensor is worth approximately $100 dollars well it would be better if they stayed silent and now I realized because the light came on that a tire needed air and I was surprised because I couldn't put it in because the sensor was broken ?

NO COMENTAN EL MISMO ERROR QUE YO, NO LE CONFIRM SU CARRO A ESTOS "TRABAJADORES" No suelo dejar reviews pero este lugar no puede pasar desapercibido, fui por varios años a cambiar el aceite de mi carro y hacer arreglos simples, hasta que a principios de este año necesite cambiar mis frenos, lo cual fue una odisea a partir de que fui a G.T.O desde mayo o abril de este año he tenido que ir aproximadamente 5-6 veces para que revisen los frenos (que ellos mismos cambiaron) porque siempre que los arreglaban salían haciendo ruidos peores, no le recomiendo a nadie meterse en este problema, perdí los 300 dolares del cambio de los frenos y ni contar cuantas veces tuve que pedir permiso en mi trabajo para dejar el carro y que saliera peor. La actitud de los trabajadores es TERRIBLE, contados los que son respetuosos y amables, la última vez que fui me atendieron dos mecánicos que sinceramente con la actitud que me atendieron me dio hasta miedo dejar mi carro en sus manos, ellos estaban cansados para recibir mi carro o por lo menos echarle un vistazo al ruido que en la 6ta vez que fui a arreglar los frenos salió peor, me daba miedo hasta manejar mi carro así, pero los trabajadores no querían trabajar. SI PUEDEN EVITARSE EL DOLOR DE CABEZA DE ESTAR YENDO PARA QUE LE REVISEN INCONTABLES VECES SU CARRO, NUNCA CONSIGUEN LA FALLA, Y APARTE NO TE SOLUCIONAN TU PROBLEMA, NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO NI A UN ENEMIGO

They will charge you a credit card fee as if most people pay with cash. Expect to pay a hefty fee at the end unless you have cash. And the boss is very sneaky and dishonest

I was stuck on the highway and forgot my phone. The owner (Juan), pulled up with a tow truck and handed me his business card. I didn’t really have any options so I entrusted my car to who turned out to be a guardian angel.It turns out that GTO Automotive is a great and honest business. Not only did Juan’s crew make the essential repairs for a fair price, but he also went ahead and had my car detailed. I am now his lifelong customer and highly recommended GTO Automotive for anyone’s auto repairs.

The worst place to repair something.Owner don't know what his doing and stuff ever worst.If can give them "0" that's too much.They try to change my tires - end up with same tires what I came to .They don't know how to balance tires. Charging much more then other shops with "0" knowledge.Guys if you read this go to school how to do something then do it.I get out there with old tires and broken two tire sensors (how I figure later in other shop)Make yourself favor and stay away from this shop .They don't have idea what is good work and profesionalizm.
