“First question I asked was “can you deliver flowers the next day?” Answer from associate was “yes.” Since they said yes, I placed my order. When I called my friend later the next day to find out how she liked the flowers I found out that they were never delivered.They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make my friend's Christmas special. They even delivered the flowers on Christmas Eve even though they were closed for the day. Great customer service and will use them again.”

Although due to the rain we had to get the iron portion rescheduled several times, they were always informative and got the job done quickly and professionally. My parents love that they have a section of the backyard portioned off for their vegetable garden. I love my new fence!”

“I ordered an arrangement for Valentines' Day that I was sure to impress. Even the name was "Grand Gesture." When it arrived it was far less impressive and not matching the style or intent of the advertised arrangement on their website. I emailed my concerns and received a prompt phone call back. The staff agreed with my assessment and said they would make it right by sending a new arrangement 2 days later once they ordered the flowers needed. The new arrangement was beautiful. I appreciate their quick response and ability to make it right. Would have just preferred for the product to be just as "wow" on V-Day- so 4 stars.”
