“Super nice owners. I procrastinated to the last minute and needed flowers for my godchild's graduation in a few hours. Found out that they were only a mile away down the road and they were open on a Sunday during the holiday weekend. The woman was so nice to me on the phone and said she could help. I told her the colors of the school and found a reference on their site and she made it absolutely beautiful! She even helped me with the stuffed graduation toy I had and pinned it to the ribbon. Laura and Kristin were wonderful to work with and alleviated all my stress. I was able to hand-select the flowers for my centerpieces and bouquet, creating the wedding aesthetic we had always dreamed of.

“I can’t say enough about how thoughtful, kind and professional the personnel at Kiki’s are. About a month ago, I placed an order for a plant and flowers to be delivered to my sister-in-law who had been taken to Lutheran General Hospital. Prior to delivery and without my asking, Kiko’s called the hospital to ensure she was still there and able to accept delivery. They learned she was in the ICU, which doesn’t allow live plants. They then called me with the offer to refund or hold my order until she was released from the ICU. When my sister-in-law returned home, the plant was delivered the following day and was absolutely beautiful. She was thrilled. I truly appreciated their flexibility and proactive approach in addition to the delivery of a beautiful product.”
