“One event we have at our high school is a Prom Fashion Show. The gown vendor we had been working with moved out to Schaumburg and I was left to find another vendor willing to work with us. For weeks I called several stores, left messages and none of them would call me back. I really thought I had to cancel the show this year until Omaima came to my rescue! She not only returned my call but she also agreed to work with us to help make this show a success. We had set up a date and time for the girls to pick out a dress to wear for the show. By the time they arrived there was already an assortment of beautiful gowns ready for them to try on. Omaima and her assistant were so patient and kind. They made sure each girl chose a dress that not only made them feel confident and beautiful, but also flattering to their unique shape and height. The girls had a good time trying on dress after gorgeous dress, standing on the platform in front of the large mirrors, and admiring themselves and each other. As an added bonus Omaima even wrote descriptions of each dress for us to read during the show! The store is small but charming. The decor is warm and welcoming. I can imagine how a bride would feel being in this type of environment surrounded by their loved ones and saying "Yes to the dress." It just has that type of vibe. If you're looking for a dress for that special occasion, do not hesitate to come to Omaima Couture. You'll be glad you did!”

“Love this store, love the owner! I always come around this store but never went in. When I did went in, it was beautiful! Just beautiful. Came here for a hoco dress and it did not disappoint. The sweet owner helped me with the size and colors of the dress. There were plenty to choose from; short to long ones. There was wedding dresses too. There was also a section for boys too. They had baby clothes, men clothes, men shoes and women shoes! Heels are very good prices. Bought a blue dress for 95 bucks and it was wonderful. The owners is really nice, recommend! Thank you! “Oh, my dear, let me tell you about my recent experience at this store! I must say, over the years, I've noticed a decline in the quality of their clothes. But fret not, they still offer some delightful sales from time to time, and I simply adore their clothes. The service, oh my, the service was truly exceptional! Though I must admit, it became a tad overbearing with all the workers continuously asking if I was finding everything alright. Bless their hearts, they mean well. They even fetched me a fitting room and kindly inquired if I needed any different sizes while I was in there. However, I had a bit of a hiccup when it was time to check out. There was only one worker nearby, she seemed too occupied with her phone. Once she finally noticed me, instead of checking me out herself, she asked another worker to assist me. Poor dear, the young girl looked utterly exhausted, carrying a stack of clothes in her arms as made her way to the register. Nonetheless, she managed to check me out and even applied the deal I saw online, which turned out to be better than what was available in the store! Overall, my shopping experience was satisfactory, but I do hope they pay more attention to the service and the weary workers in the future. Nevertheless, if you catch them during one of those fabulous sales, it's worth a visit!”
