I can't believe what they did I ordered my prescription they only gave me a partial on 10-24-2023 which was ok pick up the rest on 11-1-2023 when I went to pick up they had canceled it she put in a new script but said the insurance wouldn't pay because it was to early which was incorrect they never gave me the rest of my medication so it was not a new order instead of admitting this she was quite rude. They only gave me 120 of 720 pills!!

The absolutely worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. They keep putting you on hold until the system times you out. It is literally impossible to speak to anyone. It takes several days to get the most basic prescription filled. According to the website my sons EPIPEN was in process, but when I called in it wasn't. There was an insurance snag and no one called to let me know that. I had to call the store manager to get through to the pharmacy at long last. All filled with excuses about how they get so many calls they can't field them all. Avoid at all costs.

Truly awful experience. Days to get a prescription filled. Calling in is useless as they put you on hold until the phone call times out. Seriously, the WORST pharmacy service I have ever seen. At the drive thru window is a sign that says you have to come inside the store to pick up prescriptions...

Liz at the Pharmacy was Awesome! She was very professional prompt of course there was a long line and some rude grumpy customers. She remained pleasant which I commend her for as she moved swiftly with everyone. During this time everywhere maybe short staff but I appreciate the ones who show up to work. The customer service is always Great and they're always positive smiling kind!

This is the slowest Walgreens pharmacy. The drive through line is consistently long and it takes at least 10 minutes if not longer to service each car. Going in inside is not better because the line is constantly down the aisle and moves just as slow. They really need to figure out a better check system for the pharmacy services.

I never take the time out to write reviews but wow the pharmacist was so extremely rude and dismissive. Literally told the other employee to stand to the side out of view of the customers as not to be bothered. Don't worry I'll send my prescriptions somewhere else as not to be an annoyance, lol.

If you like a monthly prescription refill schedule, stay away from this pharmacy. I was on a monthly automatic refill. A few days ago I did not receive the call to pick up the prescription. I called them this morning. They are out of stock.I understand being out of stock and it is not the pharmacist's fault, but the pharmacist should have the courtesy to inform me that the prescription is not available. Actually the pharmacist should have a duty to inform me since I am on an automatic refill schedule with them.It is the second time this happens. I transferred my prescriptions to CVS.
