Horrible customer service. The guy at the register got an attitude because I asked for cash back with my purchase. The amount I selected had already been charged to my card but he acted like giving me the money in cash was this huge burden. He complained and said he’d have to check another cash register for cash cause he didn’t have enough in his. Then we I asked for a bag to put my purchased items in, he said… and this is not an exaggeration… that I was “Asking for too much” and he rolled his eyes. I guess he wanted me to carry the items I purchased out of the store in my hand? Completely ridiculous.

I was in that Walgreens on Saturday May 11th. I purchased a pack of gum. I looked for it in my pocket, could not find it. The clerk being confused, immediately he had already gave me my gum. Extremely rude. Black male cashier. He had a lot of people in line. But that's no excuse to be rude.

Someone needs to get into this pharmacy and teach efficiency in organizing prescriptions or something. I've never been and haven't had to wait at least 15minutes while they dig through random bins. Why do other Walgreens alphabetize and this location doesn't? It's so strange.

I never used the pharmacy. I don’t shop Walgreens too often however, I’m thankful they are there when i need an over the counter medicine or some other random items. I’m glad they are in the neighborhood. The staff have always been polite, helpful, and friendly. I’ve shopped here about 6 years.

Whatever you do avoid this Walgreens at all cost. Their pharmacy is a joke and if you enjoy waiting and getting terrible service then you should will love this place

This location has THE KINDEST employees. They go above and beyond for customers. They remember people and have such good energy , makes you want to go to this location.I called today to ask for a certain product for my father who has issues walking and breathing and the employee I spoke with was so accommodating and helpful. She offered to put the products he was needing at the register so he didn’t have to walk around. I can’t tell you how taken back I was by kindness. Thank you.

Pharmacy is extremely slow and rude. Judge lines. Often takes over 30 minutes on phone to reach a registered pharmacist

The pharmacy staff here used to be great. Now, their customer service sucks. They seem not to care to provide excellent service anymore. When asking a question, they have a non caring attitude . Most people picking up prescription have medical issues and dont need to deal with rude staff. No one comes here to deal with unprofessional staff with attitude.
