“Really nice guys and they have what my husband has been hunting the city for. We used to drive to Skokie only because of taxes and it was the place my husband and I first bought our mods from when we started seriously vaping. Over the years stock and service forced us to start our search again! I guess they weren't opened yet because we googled a place pretty close and honestly got ripped off. It was weird because it was unexpected that the owner would do that to new customers spending a good amount of money and hearing we're looking for a new place. This place popped up on my next search and was not too far from the price we paid in Skokie you always gotta get hit by the city taxes but this place is much much closer. Nice stock from what we've seen and they have what we're looking for. Parking can get crazy but we've lived in this area for almost 17 years so we're used to it but it can get thunder dome-ish. We always get greeted and treated very kindly and are very happy to have found our new spot!”

“Great selection of items so you can always get what you need when youre in a pinch. As for the munchies they have an excellent selection of international items to the point it becomes more than a smoke shop but also an exotic snack shop with selections of a diverse variety from Japanese flavors of coke to Lebanese chips that are the best I've ever had. The selection is only matched by the down to earth customer service provided by the ownership and staff. They treat all customers with great hospitality and its always a pleasure to stop in. Also crunchy the cat is an absolute gentleman. 5/5”

“Glowup Smoke and Vape is by far the best vape store I have ever been to. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and polite. I have been sold so many different vape devices from countless other stores that I did not at all enjoy smoking. I have 9 other device's just sitting on a shelf that I used for a few days and never went back to them. Instead each and every time I would reach back for my cigarettes. I've been buying coffee next door for so long and finally decided that I'm quiting smoking cigarettes "again" and am going to for the very last time attempt to find a vape that I actually enjoy. The gentleman in the store that helped me with my purchase asked me a few basic questions about what I smoke and what kind of devices I have tried and pretty much instantly suggested one of the best devices I have ever had the pleasure of owning and vaping. He even went as far as gifting me a disposable vape in the flavor that I was potentially interested in to try and see what I think since I was so very skeptical because of my previous experiences at other vendors. I can't even describe how extatic I am that someone was finally able to suggest the proper device for me. Loving my new GeekVape way too much. I can honestly say that thanks to Glowup Smoke and Vape I am officially done with cigarettes which is something that I've been trying to succeed with for so many years. Thank you so very much for taking the one on one time with me to actually hear me out and to make a knowledgeable suggestion on what will suite me best. This is something that no other vendor has been able to do. Everyone just pretty much sold me one of the more expensive devices that they had and sent me on my way but not at Glowup. “I've been a customer here for 3 years now and have had bad experiences with the workers in the past which made me stop coming. but lately decided to by after seeing the new layout. The prices, and updates of inventory have made it my favorite shop in the Northside. They have a very nice clean store, & are always stocked on my favorite blunts, wraps, & papers. Julio is the best worker they've had in a while he is always helpful and friendly! Really knows his flower and has the best recommendations. 5/5 will definitely be back.”

“I was hired as a photographer to capture 2 birthday celebrations. It was my first time there. First of all, it's neat and clean, the men up front are very nice and professional. I am not a smoker so I became light headed and they offered me a seat outside of the smoker chambers, they provided me with soda and ibuprofen to take away my horrible headache and it worked! They communicated very well. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend any smoker to visit this location to relax (multiple tvs going at the same time in different rooms, the chairs were so plush and comfortable). Ventilation was decent, I was able to capture so many amazing photos of the staff and the birthday men! Thanks again.”
“I broke a bowl to my water pipe and was desperate to get a new one as it's my favorite piece. I didn't see what I was looking for out on display and the clerk was nice enough to dig through so much inventory! I felt so bad that he went through all the trouble, I needed something pretty specific. It ended up being a perfect fit and it was nice this place conveniently had what I needed as it was the third smoke shop I stopped at.They also have a great selection for glass, quality name brands and local artists. Some unique stuff here that would be perfect gifts for a fellow smoker. I love the displays and arrangement, very aesthetically pleasing and clean inside which beats out other places. I've stopped in here for years, it's one of the best.”

Everyone that works there is amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable. The selection on shish flavors is a good amount. At times they get new flavors but they usually stick to their popular flavors. They have different types of coals if you are looking for quick strikes or regular coals. The pricing on their items is very fair which I like. The best part is they stay open really late! Comfortable large chairs and couches with several flatscreens throughout. A VIP area and a huge bar, that does not serve alcohol but you can bring in a bottle. The staff are helpful and supper cool. I enjoyed my time here, If you like Medium to Full body cigars, try the Liga Privada Unicco Fuerte (UF-4), an exclusive stick here. Very nice smoke”
