Wonderful community and staff. I think the only vice I have would be the outdated website and newsletter. The color schemes and formatting does not match the decorum seen offline in the face-to-face interactions.

I finally decided to tell my side of the story and sad experience. It took a few years, but now it's time.Speaking from experience, besides a few kind Jews that used to be there, like Alicia, most everyone else there is as fake as can be! They do not practice real Judaism. It's all about money!I have watched them turning people away from coming into high holiday services because they did not have tickets. Tickets that cost a lot of money, that some can not afford. Abomination! There is a very nasty lady working in their office, her name starts with a C. She is the meanest person I have ever met in my life and does so much damage to this place and it is beyond logic that they continue to let her be there and act this way towards fellow Jews.I know many families who have been so hurt by her, including myself who left this place a while ago because of her.In my experience most members of the congression are interested in measuring the clothes you are wearing and whether or not you fall into their “ high standard” , whatever that may be. FAKE, FAKE, FAKE.They are more interested in raising money and help other non - Jewish organizations for their fame, and not help a close by fellow Jew who can't afford their crazy membership prices. They cater and kiss the "... " Of the rich families who go there.Nothing to do with the word of God.They dishonor the word of God and on judgment day; they will face God.I am very sad to say this but it's all about the fake speeches and most everyone do not practice godly kindness where you look for and help your fellow Jews who are less fortunate and are close by.Thank God, We found simplicity, real kindness, no judgment, real jewdisim in "Chabad of Oak Park". That is where we found a real example of Godly people who practice what they preach.

A very welcoming community, friendly people, amazing Rabbi Adir Glick and cantor Figa. I love this Sinagogue. As a Jew of color I was received 100% among this community, be free and feel free to come to Temple Har Zion.

I was married here in 1960. The Rabbi in my own neighborhood was inappropriate with me and this congregation was wonderful to me and my family.

The best shul around. Reggio Emilio inspired preschool, activities of a shul five times the size, caring, compassionate congregation, inspired services.

I've been a member for 20 years, and from the first time I entered the doors, I experienced a warm and welcoming community.
