Such a disappointing experience today! (Not usual I must say). I checked in with no one on the board but us (2 boys) and one person in the chair. It told us 14 min for 1 of our boys and “on deck” for the other. Next, a guy slid in front. Why? Then we showed “on deck” and 19 minutes. We sat for 35 min no movement. There was a front desk worker who later told me she was not a stylist. But for 40 min she was outside on her phone. Zero communication. When she came in she told us we’d wait another 40 minutes. Not possible for us so we left. Allegedly someone had called in sick. My biggest beefs are zero communication and the guy who jumped the line. I had heard this occurs there but had not experienced it. Now I have. I’m a very regular customer who brings 5 grandsons and many relatives. SO disappointing!!!

Hair type: I've got thin and light hair that is very hard to style properly, but this place knew how to handle it and was able to style my hair quickly and easily! Very pleased with thier work! ?

This is the best place because if this is you first time you get an free mvp and it means like you still pay for the hair cut but you get to get an free massage and they wash you hair 10/10

As a person who has had my hair locked for 20 plus years. I’ve finally found a barber/stylist to cut my hair. I’ve had to go through many bad apples.
To my disappointment I learned the stylist( Melicia) I just got comfortable with and has provided me tip top quality service is no longer employees by spots clips.
I’ve witnessed the leadership and professionalism by Melicia that any person would want when experiencing service. I’ve attempted to give the shop an opportunity and that was a a complete mess.
If anyone knows of a way to find Melicia please let me know. I’m desperate to have a source that styles, listens and leads. #grieving #nomoresportsclips #sadness

This was our first and last time at Sports Clips. Hilda was very rude and unprofessional. I put us on the waitlist at 3pm and arrived at 3:30pm and they tried to tell us they were closed. When they saw our name they said okay fine have a seat. Then Hilda asked what we wanted which I showed her a picture for my 11 year old son. She then asked what number I wanted a 1 or a 2. I dont know much about haircuts but I said I guess a 2. She went back and started cutting his hair then finished and went to the register to charge me instead of asking if it was okay and to our liking. My son was looking in the mirror not happy with what she did. So I asked her if she can cut it a little more. She was visibly mad and said well how much am I cutting now? I said like an inch maybe she showed me what SHE thought was an inch and I said yes that should be fine. she then said is this going to be it then and I thought to myself well if it doesnt look right maybe you will need to cut a little more but Hilda wasn't going to do that. She cut it and then quickly went to charge us again. My son is shy and doesnt like to complain but he was not happy with it and I just wanted to get out of there. We will never go back. It was clear Hilda wanted to go home which is fine but then you should put a disclaimer on your website that say you can't come in after 3:30 pm. By the way the doors were locked as well so anyone that tried to come in were told there were closed even though it wasnt 4pm yet. I'd rather pay more and get actual custemer service. Last time and Hilda needs training on customer service. Unreal.

Made an appointment drove up and was turned around 15 minutes prior to closing. Said they were not going to honor my appointment because they were closing the store. I value other locations. I’m done getting burned by this. Bad Stylists often and now just an absolute burn.

Ask for Hilda! She will provide whatever you need. Quick, decent and friendly. I will definitely go back again. Also, there is a parking garage right behind the building which is free for the first hour.

I ask for a taper and they didnt came even close to what i asked, i asked for my money but told me the only thing they can do is another hair cut, HOW I WILL GET ANOTHER HAIRCUT IF THE WORKERS DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR WORK

The haircuts can be a little inconsistent until you find the right person,same person to cut your hair regularly. I’ve been unhappy with my last two cuts but intend to go back and try another stylist. My stylist left months ago. I’m finding a new one. The place is clean, friendly staff, and a fair price. Plus they have a military discount! None of my haircuts have been bad. Just not what i asked for. I asked for a mid fade and received very high fades both times.

Tina was fantastic. She helped me get my hair cut and styled the way it needed to be. She was amazing at it and knew exactly what to do. The conversation was fun and really made the time enjoyable.
