I don't like the parking options nor the wait time. My appointment was for 1:30pm and it's 2:06pm and I still haven't been seen. Some staff are nicer and friendlier than others. Samantha is awesome!!

Great experience every time at Retina Group Chicago. The entire staff is helpful and courteous from arrival to check out. Doctor Larsen and his immediate staff do everything to make you comfortable and informed, while consistently achieving great results.

I was somewhat disappointed that, after I had made a special effort to arrive on tine, there was a delay of a half hour or more before I was seen. But once the process started, it went quickly and smoothly. All the staff were very pleasant and efficient.
