Agree with the other posters, this is an extremely slow and unhelpful Citibank. Refused to do basic banking services despite me being an existing Citibank customer.

Went there today to deposit checks for my employer, the manager and teller could not find our account in their system by using the 8 digit Citibank account number. Never had this problem at the location in Park Ridge, IL or 500 W Madison Chicago, IL.

Worst bank to bank with period!! They do shit completely different from other banks they customer service shitty as fuck they can't help nobody with shit they lock your account so u can call them so they can give u the run around this location at River forest is not good period the manager and customer service representatives in there don't like doing there jobs this place needs to be shut tf DOWN they gave me trouble to many damn times tuh u think life hard wait until u bank w these no good Mfs

This location is the worst been banking with Citibank for years and witness them racially profile a young man. The branch manager he was beyond rude to young man. I have been banking here for years. I walked in and asked to deposit coins into my account and was rudely told I couldn't. I will close my account here and find more helpful bankers.

Worst customer service in person or 800 number. Just got off with a rude employee. No sense of customer service or communication skills Never talk over an customer. I forgot the person named but the oak park branch needs to close down!!

Citibank, River Forest, has the greatest, most efficient and nicest employees you could ever meet. We've been banking there over 15 years. They are so polite, friendly, and know most customers by name. They go above and beyond to solve any problem one may have. Mrs. Cicero

Cannot give a 5 star review since entire lobby is shut down between 115 and 2pm. Exacerbated by the fact that the branch hours are only 10 to 4. Makes for a tight window to do business. Otherwise the staff is very professional every time ive been there
