Worst bank to bank with period!! They do shit completely different from other banks they customer service shitty as fuck they can't help nobody with shit they lock your account so u can call them so they can give u the run around this location at River forest is not good period the manager and customer service representatives in there don't like doing there jobs this place needs to be shut tf DOWN they gave me trouble to many damn times tuh u think life hard wait until u bank w these no good Mfs

My debit card is lost in my house. Has been for about 3 months. I've dreaded replacing it because of the need to update vendors, etc. I finally broke down and went into the branch today to replace card and make a withdrawal. I was greeted immediately by the teller Lizbeth and she helped me replace card and transact my withdrawal all in about 5 minutes. I appreciate the efficiency and personable service.

Terrible online service. Terrible service at the branch. When I opened an account a few years ago, they sent me 4 orders of checks (all very expensive orders) and still did not give me the correct checks. I have tried to use online service (as I do with 12 other banks and too many credit card accounts) and Citibank tells me it is a Quicken problem and I need to call Quicken. I have spent 6 phone calls with Citibank online customer service, minimum half hour each time (most recently with Susie in San Antonio), and they cannot solve the problem. It is my fault partially for staying with them so long, but I foolishly hope that something might change. Unfortunately, my Costco card and one of my Mastercard credit cards has the same terrible Citi service and I have no choice but to use them. The customer service people are trained to be robotic and helpless. I told them (both in the bank on online) that I am sorry they work for a company that does such horrible training and puts them in a spot where they are not able to do their jobs.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST bank EVER! The worst, most incompetent people working there. They never answer the phone even when Corporate calls them. The last (and final) time I was there, a man was yelling at someone who worked there. Went to them to transfer an IRA from my former bank to this hell whole and the person who filled out the paperwork, Marcela Sandoval-Evans, didn't even know how to fill the forms out. Asked ME how to do it. Then to make matters even more worse, my IRA was rejected BECAUSE THE IDIOT DIDN'T FILL OUT THE FORM CORRECTLY!!!! Then there is amanda. Let's just say she is the biggest "#itch" around. Condescending attitude, smart a** replies and just a horrible person to deal with. Talks down to you like she's so special. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BANK. As you can see from all of the reviews, it is a nightmare. Take your money out now before it's too late. If I could have given it a -10, I would have.

poor service, bad attitude. I was going to deposit a significant amount of money, but service and attitude was so poor, I decided I'll put it in my Chase account. I wouldn't come here again unless it was only for the ATM

Worst service. Received bad advice from banker at River Forest branch telling me I did not need to retitle my accounts to my trust. Now my check is declined & will be mailed back to me which takes 5-7 days according to the representative I spoke to who is in the Philippines! Terrible service all the time.

Horrible service! Two times in a row trying to notarized a document and not only is the notary constantly unavailable I get attitude from the manager of the branch. I would recommend switching from this branch to anyone who needs more than an ATM

Don't ever be in a hurry if you stop here and need service. I keep thinking it might change and every single time, I sit, I wait, I leave. No wonder banks are dying.

I would absolutely NEVER use this for my personal bank. The only reason I go here is to cash checks written off of one of their accounts. The service here is extremely inconsistent. Even when I get the same Teller, that person will do something different each time even though the transaction is the same.
