It's very slow here and very busy. Well I suppose the two go together but it also seems short staffed. My main problem with this place is that the coffee doesn't taste very good. When the high tech automated coffee machines started coming out I was a big fan, very few people under 40 know how to make good coffee because so few drink it. Well the machines they have here still don't make fresh tasting coffee. Not sure why, but if more of the workers drank coffee maybe they would be motivated to improve the machines with some fine tuning or more regular cleaning.

I had one experience where the black and brown employees stopped stoxking and raced to help me compelte my 11:55 purchase of alcohol because I asked. Today the overweight white employee tried to charge me 26 bucks for the 12 pack tecate. I called him on it. But it screamed impropriety. He severely overcharged the teenage custome r group of 4 before me for one beverage at 11:20

Nice and convenient neighborhood gas station for all your needs and services, they definitely have a nice selection of snacks and beverages, it's busy on most days especially during the morning and evening rush hours!

I called and asked what the price was for MIDGRADE the young lady said $5.64. I arrive at the gas station and it $6+ for MIDGRADE. Please teach your employees to know the difference in gas prices

It’s really ridiculous how the night shift ALWAYS HAS THE DOOR LOCKED AND CLOSED WITH NO SIGN. Do these people realize that not everybody pays with a card, did they forget cash still exist?

I have been a regular customer for almost 5 years and have always been very pleased with customer service... until recently. They have a new manager that I have witnessed berating her employees in front of customers and they are always obviously on edge when she is present. Customer service has declined, unfortunately. I have seen this manager being rude to customers and have heard other people in my neighborhood voice the same complaints. I now avoid giving them business whenever possible, even if it means going several blocks out of my way. Several of my neighbors agree.

I would like to commend Walter at the circle k in River Forest, Il on North Ave. He kept his cool when a customer went crazy screaming and cursing simply because he asked to see an ID because she wanted to use her credit card. Besides the fact that it's a safety and security issue for the protection of the company, it's also supposed to be done for the protection of the customer. What she didn't see was that he asked the same thing is me just seconds before. He explained to me why he had to ask for mymIDWalter kept his cool, and was polite the entire time, never reading his voice or being rude. This guy was awesome.

It's a gas station. I don't have much to say about it. The service was fine. There was plenty of space to pull in and several pumps available making it a quick experience.

Busy Harlem and North Ave Shell. Apparently, they are experiencing major problems with crime. All of the pay outside terminals are closed due to reports of criminals using fake readers and scamming credit card information. So, the management insists that you go inside and wait in line for about 10 minutes to pay prior to pumping gas. There are many other options with better prices nearby. I wouldn't waste my time at this station.

If possible I would give no stars, horrible service. Drive 1/4 mile in any direction for any other gas station and avoid this place. I have stood in line countless time at least 5 minutes, when two people were available for checking out and only was was checking people out. The store is so tiny, once 5 people stand in line for checkout it becomes claustrophobic.
