I had a flat tire. The people at Cassidy were wonderful in every way. They fixed my tire right away and the price was very reasonable. I am so happy that I have a Cassidy Tire that is not far from my house. I give it my highest recommendation.

While waiting for tires to be replaced on my car, a woman walked in and explained that an emissions sensor was displaying in her car. Instead of brushing her off, the guy behind the counter helped her troubleshoot what the issue might be. He then described how the emissions system works from the point of fueling up the car, and described how she could start with a simple test she could do herself, including what to do next if she wasn’t successful in getting rid of the warning message on her own. He didn’t try to sell her anything, didn’t tell her “well, we’d have to look at it”. As a woman who has been taken for a ride (pun not intended) when it comes to car troubles, I appreciate that he was honest and upfront with her. Also, they got my tires replaced quickly and had me on my way in no time. Great place/people. Highly recommend!

The service here is always fantastic. They’re super quick, fully transparent with work that needs to be done, and their prices are way more affordable than the dealership. Every time I go, they always take great care of me and my car!

I have been going to Cassidy in River Forest for over 20, I've always had great service. Recently had rear brakes done. All staff were efficient and helpful.

Moving to a new city is never fun, especially when you leave all your go to’s behind.
But don’t worry, I’ve found Cassidy Tire and my mechanic for the future. Great service staff and as soon as you walk in the team has you feeling more at ease.
I had an honest convo about expectations and it left no surprises when I came in to pick up my car. Love this team, we will be back for sure. Dealerships are no more.
