This location lies about its business hours. It is NOT open 24h -- not even close. Was here 11:00pm 1/18/24. Waited a half hour because I was waiting for a friend anyway. Rang their doorbell multiple times as the sign says to do at night. Employee's car was obviously parked outside, but she was too lazy to come out and do business. I feel sorry for the store owner!! Don't bother coming here after 9pm – I've heard similar experiences from others who live around here. Just go to another convenience store instead. Will update my review if the poor owner manages to staff this location with an employee that doesn't steal from him by sleeping on the job. Edit: why don't YOU file a report, lol. I already provided all possible information in this review.

It's a 7-eleven. It has stuff that's mostly over priced that you buy because it's convenient. Like most of them, it's a little run down and could use a good deep cleaning.But it's always there when you need it.

From the moment I stepped through the doors. I am greeted with warmth and courtesy by your dedicated team. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist. Create a welcoming atmosphere that sets your store apart. I am consistently impressed by the stores, cleanliness and organization. One of the ladies that stands out the most to me is Jaylee as she always greet me in the morning. When I come in, thank you for fostering a culture of excellence in your store. It is evident that you and your team go above and beyond to create a positive and memorable experience for your customers.

Under Illinois law, establishments of this type and size must provide bathroom access to customers with medical needs if asked, even if they do not purchase anything. Although I did not have my card on me which explains this, the card is not legally required in order for the accomodation to be made.

Fix your Slurpee machine! Whenever I go there for a slurpee usually only 1 flavor is frozen. The rest are all liquid. Yesterday none were frozen.Update: Last three times I've gone all machines were working. I think they have 5 or 6 flavors and all were frozen and available. Maybe they listened? Changing to 4 stars.
