This storage facility is great. Lisa has always been extremely helpful with any questions I have for her. If she isn’t in the office she is outside making sure the place clean. Lots of room to maneuver my truck and trailer.

We all need storage space at one time or another, right? Extra stuff? Moving? Clearing out an estate? Storage for a camper or snow mobiles? ClearHome storage really meets all your storage needs! With climate controlled or non climate controlled units, different size units and outdoor RV storage. We have never had an issue with ClearHome. In fact just the opposite. I never worry if my belongings are safe. The units are very clean and everything is well maintained. If we ever do have a question, the property manager, Lisa is always accessible and ready to help! Highly recommend!!!

Please tell me when you plan to e open so that I don't waste my time sitting in your parking lot waiting for you to open. I waited 20 minutes this morning and no one showed up when your clocked said 9:30. I have been trying to pay my bill since the 23rd.

Clean space. Most of the lights are out so it's very dark. An they forgot to take lock off an couldn't get in unit.

This place doesn't have on site personal. I have a unit and have been calling them for about a week. Leaving messages for them to return my call and nothing.

I started renting from Schlegel years ago and had absolutely no issues. Customer service was great, issues were resolved professionally in a timely manner. They were bought out by this company which is about as far opposite of that as can be. Rate has steadily increased, never signed a contract different from the one I originally signed with Schlegel. Multiple phone calls over the last few months with no response. You cannot directly reach the manager, according to an employee "we don't know her direct line". Was able to speak with her this morning and not only is it apparently a perfectly acceptable business practice to not call your customers regarding emails they apparently sent going unanswered (supposedly updated contract, billing updates, etc), they do not prorate when you leave like every other place I have ever used. Not a company I would ever recommend doing business with. Find somewhere that isn't a scam.To the response below: I did speak to the area manager who basically said because they send emails that constitutes an agreement, signed or not. Probably the most frustrating business I have had the displeasure of dealing with in terms of communication. Per both your location management and the area manager, both stated that you do not pro-rate, so that is news to me. Regardless, as other reviews show, this is not a one off incident.

I'm giving more then enough notice and they say they cant prorate the price for the monthly fee , ( I'm like you're a human running the computer you can definitely prorate the fees . you just want to take peoples money

When schlegel turned over ownership to clearhome self storage there was no notification of change of hours access or managment. Just a bill saying my payment was past due. The website was not fully set up so I could make my payment and no one was even in the building during those operational hours. On top of that the phone number listed on the new owners website was not being answered and there was no way to leave a voicemail. They went from 24hr access to limited access according to the website, haven't been able to verify this myself as I get off work at 6pm typically. Frustrating and rude also a huge breach of contract.
