if I could go below one star I would recent footage of this kennel and the owner abusing a dog while training made my heart sink and absolutely sick because I went to them last year to inquire about their services something just didn't sit right with me and thank god after the footage Ive seen I would have a really bad reaction if my dog or any dog I would have seen being treated this way just disgusting! Ive been in the dog world my whole life cranking and hitting the dog in the face is NOT training it's abuse. the videos are all out there being posted everywhere so it's out in the public.

Do not come here. The trainers abuse animals! It has been caught on camera and incredibly difficult to watch. I would avoid this place at ALL costs. I am disgusted by the awful staff. They deserve to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!

Alden's Kennels is awesome. It's clean, well staffed. They go out of their way to assure all their guests are well taken care of. We also attended obedience class. Mary is kind and truly loves her job. I highly recommend Alden's Kennels

Aldens Kennels is a great place. We boarded our dog and included training. What a huge difference. We also participated in a group class. The facility for boarding is clean. The training facility is huge. The entire staff is kind, accommodating, and truly shows a love for all their clients. I highly recommend them!! Thank you for everything

I was only there once. My 1st class with my puppy. My puppy is really young so she wasn't doing as well as the slightly older dogs. But the trainer was great. Small classes which was great alot more attention. Clean clean facility. Enjoyed our first of many classes. Would recommend it greatly.

I'm in the beginners class with my Siberian Husky. Our dog has been with the family for about 4 months now, and he has shown much improvement during the class. He has learned various commands, including: come, heal, stay, wait, leave it, any to focus on me for instructions.

Had an unexpected death in my family and our week long trip got extended. They took excellent care of my dogs. They were so happy go-lucky when we showed up, I think they didn't want to come home.

So sad an employee that is below par needs to bully a very respected business. We are new to Lake Geneva so I researched and interviewed many types of dog sitters. This was the place I chose to intrust my puppies to while on vacation. I have no reservations about my decision.

My skittish dog is always at ease at Alden's Kennels! I was worried about how he would react, since he had recently bit a dog handler at the vet's office. But, from day 1, Al connected with him and though Max can still be a little stubborn, he's comfortable with both Al and Janet. I'm still amazed. Won't take my dog anywhere else.
