I came in early this morning, to pick up my package. I had a slip in my P.O. Box stating I had one. The lady said they couldn’t find anything for me. Two hours later. The post office called saying my package was lost. But they found it. I came in again, again it was a yellow slip in my box. This time the supervisor with the locs rang me up. I also had to ship a package. She asked me did I already purchase the envelope. I said yes. She said next time have the cashier to stamp it. Isn’t that their job anyway??? I shouldn’t have to inform them of anything. She basically implied that, I didn’t pay for the package. Once again they couldn’t find the package. They were looking at the wrong mailbox number. I was eventually given my package. As I’m walking out, the supervisor said. Your attitude could be a little bit better. My attitude is none of your concern MA’AM! You should be doing your job and making sure. Your employees are up to par on their duties. Next time say it to my face, don’t wait until I walk out of the door. The customer service sucks at this location.

This isn't actually about the location. It's about the United States Postal Service Automated phone system. They do not prompt you to ask certain questions so your question can never be answered. They could have it if you don't hear your problem you could talk to a live person. The automated phone system sucks.

Horrible experience , terrible attitudes because they don't know how to do their jobs it's ridicous having an attitude because I want to know why my package has t been delivered to me and still hadn't been relieved melonie rude attitude and hung up in my face . I'm over the nonsense needs better employees and better customer service.
