“We were supposed to have 24 hour access with us just moving everything in & when we arrived at 2am with a truckload we ended up having to wait until 6am for the regular access hours. A little frustrated until Rochelle stopped by our unit to apologize that it was her mistake and that she corrected it and credited our account! Just her admitting fault and apologizing was very much appreciated. Rochelle is great and takes good care of the facility!”

“So I will say the last property manager was not good she was never there, and was super stand off-ish, I met the district manager AJ and she was absolutely wonderful and helpful a complete 180 from the person we dealt with on a daily or in this case not dealt with because she was never there. I was told they are in the process of hiring someone new and responsible, that will be in the office 5 days a week, I did notice a huge difference when I went in today. I was on the verge of going somewhere else and AJ assured me that things were changing for the better and urged me to stay with them. Thank you AJ God bless”
