Stay as from Allstate as possible! We found a better deal and I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 10 days with no luck! EVERY phone number goes to the same automated system that never connects you to anyone! Just goes in circles. My new insurance company can't even help because the agent doesn't list a fax number! This is ridiculous! Thank god we never had a claim cause it would never have been dealt with!

I'm so disappointed in allstate. I have a serious issue with them, I've called emailed and chatted and and I'm not getting a response. I even visited my local office tried calling other offices and I'm getting nooooo where. What is going????
