Great change of pace from the usual gym scene. Everyone has been welcoming which helps with the intimidation factor of trying something new or even just starting out. I definitely recommend it!

Great space and location. Awesome classes and instructors. No shame game!! Come as you are, try your best, and feel great afterwards. I had to take a break from working out and just got back into and I felt very welcomed and like I never left. Highly recommend trying this place out!
