Family Dollar does not have a dressing room so if you purchase clothes they are telling you you only have 7 days to return the clothing. Policy is not stated on the receipt.That is just another form of company stealing from the poor.

The registers ring items up for higher than was is displayed on the shelves! Mgr doesnt seem to care. Always cluttered. Staff cussing and fussing about not being paid correctly. No one is helpful. Makes hard to take advantage of the coupon system. Instead you feel as if they've taken advantage of you

I went there today and got ripped off. I asked the worker about it and he practically dismissed me, won't be going there again I advise you don't either. They also gave me the wrong receipt and refused to give me the right one, check your prices while you're out there because they're untrustworthy. And they lie about their prices.

The guy behind the counter was very respectful and has great customer service. He spoke to everyone that walked in there and that's how it should be. I don't know his name but he must always be there because I heard a customer say do you ever go home LOL. I love going in establishments with great customer service. I will definitely be back.
