This store used to.be excellent then the management was replaced, loud inappropriate music and terrible customer service ensued. It was closed for a while and now that itsbreopened the customer service is much better

Me and my mother were in the store, and when we were at the cashier nobody was there. We called the first time no answer, second time no answer we had to call the third time and an African American lady comes out and she was looking down on a clipboard that she had and didn’t even apologize for keep us wait my mother was very close to leavening without paying.

I wanted two separate transactions. The cashier didn't let me put my number so I told him I was gonna put my number , kinda gave me attitude. Then the second transaction I was putting my number and he removed it from the screen. Rude as FUCK. If I can give 0 stars I would. Won't be returning back.

I called the store the other day and Brian answered so I asked him did they have any domino's so he said hold on so he put the phone down so him and the cashier that was there name lapretty was laughing and joking about it still ringing up customer's I had been holding on for 5 minutes and you can still hear them laughing and playing so after about 7 minutes of holding on I hung up called back the phone was busy so I came in the store to see for my self that was rude and unprofessional of him it don't make no sense this store is really going down ever since Dave left you need to get some better ppl in there to work

They open and close whenever they feel like it so don't go the first or last hour because more than likely you're wasting your time ?

Does this store closes at its leisure now? For the past month sporadically on different days I’ve went to this location there’s a handwritten sign stating they closed at 6 sorry. There are days I’ve gotten there prior to 6 and it was closed. There’s several people walking up to the store only to find out that it’s not open but is supposed to close at 9 and are trying to figure out what’s going on. Makes no sense.

This dollar general needs to improve. The only person who provided adequate customer service is the manager. The shelves are never stocked but there is always many unpacked boxes around the store and you can see many boxes in there back area. The employees are often on their phone with ear pieces in their i ear but they fail to simply say good morning when ringing your items. That is so ghetto. The store has a moth problem and once I saw a roach it definitely needs to be cleaned thoroughly. It's the only store we have in walking distance in the area.
