I tried to call multiple times to talk to a person, its impossible with their new bot system. I keep getting forwarded to a link. I really need to speak to customer service, but it is not currently possible with the new phone system. It would be great if someone could get back to me that isnt a bot.

Very friendly staff ,my mail gets delivered on time every day .very courteous folks ,it’s my pleasure to go to the post office for any kind of questions I need answered‼️
