“When going to the Fox Lake, IL post office these days it can be a hit or miss regarding customer service. This week I was extremely pleased having met and had a wonderfully engaging experience with the postal associate at the counter. Natalie was incredibly personable while being a consummate professional serving her customers while developing a rapport! While we sometimes focus on the negative, it is important to acknowledge a wonderful experience also! Well done Natalie! Thank you for your service to a customer base that can sometimes be less than appreciative!”

“Chris at the Lake Geneva Post Office saved the day! I had a box shipped overnight from a vendor to my customer's event venue for an event this weekend. Lo and behold... the venue doesn't have a mailbox and doesn't accept USPS deliveries. What?! I am a wedding stationer and I have never heard of anyone just *choosing* to not receive mail from the postal service. Chris had the foresight to hang onto the box instead of returning to sender; he answered my call on the first ring and knew before I told him what I was calling about. We were able to arrange for someone from the venue to pick up the held box at the Post Office, and now my customer will have her items for her wedding, all thanks to Chris thinking on his feet. Thank you, Lake Geneva Post Office!”

“I can’t say anything about the other reviewers who have had bad experiences here, but as for me, the two times I’ve been here I’ve had a very sarcastic postal worker help me, and it’s made my day both times. Not a rude kind of sarcastic, a funny one. Just super dry humor, really wholesome. I love quipping back and forth. I wish all retail workers were so funny & friendly! (I can’t remember because it was so long in-between visits, but I believe there were two separate workers who were like that:)”
