“If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Everyone who lives near Spring Grove IL is lucky to have this place. They don't normally ship products, but I was in a bind finding my picky dog's food (sold out everywhere temporarily) and they happened to have some. When I explained my situation, they graciously offered to ship me some (to Texas), for which I am very grateful. They were very kind and courteous over the phone and my shipment came very quickly. I appreciate you folks!”
“Overall its a great place, lots of awesome toys and treats to pick from. I emailed them on Sunday to order my pup her 1st bday cookie, slightly clueless Ive never ordered for a pet before. I was asked promptly what I wanted for her and gave the details. She said it would be ready by Wednesday at the time I chose(2pm). Wednesday got here and I called to see if I could pick it up at 12 pm instead. They didnt see my order form so he made a new one saying itll be ready at 12. Awesome! When I got there, he said he was expecting a paper order form not an email. Thats fine. However when I got home, a 30 minute drive, I looked at it and it definitely looks like a rush job. My 10yr old could have done better. For $16 it could have looked a little nicer like on their website. Im sure she will enjoy it anways, a little disappointed in presentation.”
“The staff is incredible. I have a 6 month old puppy who is scared of people and we have been working on socializing her. The staff is so patient and understanding and just amazing. We do the training classes with Nick. Dani has been wonderful, and I’m not sure his name but he has curly hair. They are amazing and so helpful”

“I have been taking my big boy here for years. He always comes home fantastic, well groomed and relaxed. They do a wonderful job at making sure his safety is priority number one. And their prices are a bit under most of the other local shops. My big boy is about 80 pounds and their prices beat every one else!! Love Sarah and my dog does too!!! He used to be so scared to go to other groomers but now gets excited when we pull in here. Won't take him anywhere else!”
“I can’t recommend Paws for Treats enough!! They have the kindest staff, the cutest pet items, and not to mention are in the best area being right downtown Lake Geneva. If you want to spoil your pet and happen to be in the area, I strongly recommend this store!☺️”
“I recently visited Tails on lakes Pet Store because it was so close to where we are staying. I was thoroughly pleased with the vast knowledge the owner possessed about senior dog nutrition, she knew exactly what to recommend for our my senior wiener dogs in heart failure & elevated liver. The store has a wide selection of high-quality food options. I didn’t have to sift thought all the brands, I explained my dogs needs and she hand selected, both wet & dry food I requested, as well as appropriate Scooby snacks for old teeth & their health needs. Although I’ve never heard of the brands carried, I took her advice and purchased them, once home I combed over all the ingredients of everything I bought for my pups and was very happy with her choices. To my surprise the price point was inline with what I usually pay for the vet recommended food.Although I’m not staying in the area past next month, if I was, I would continue buying from this owner, she knows what she’s talking about and I will continue to purchase the brands she recommended.Thank you again for your help!”

“Im a 1st time grooming customer. Was able to get in same day, which wasn't necessary, but worked out great. All we had done was a nail trim and buffing. I have a rescue dog, who is extremely scared out in public and we established a vet at tge animal hospital, but it is always so busy and so chaotic there. Maizy's heart would race, she'd shake, even with me right there with her.Kylie cut her nails without cutting into the quicks, I could hear her talking to my dog the whole time, reassuring her. She was gentle, caring and very nice. I'll definately be back to book with her!!!”
“I love going to petco!! The little animals! The fish it's so fun taking my nephew! But he always wants to leave with a critter! Petco has a big variety of cat/dog food, I needed special dog food, for sensitive kidneys & liver I was quite pleased with their selection very happy”
