There very friendly and nice and helpful but when it comes down to getting your core charge money back they say they dont have the cash to do it how does that make any sense at all i paid for it i should get my money back the same way

Showed up at 5:51 on Friday July 14, 2023, 9 minutes prior to close. The attendant at sprinted to the door to flip the CLOSED position and locked the door. I get it’s Friday, but then change your hours online, I wouldn’t have driven from 20 minutes away! Poor management shines thru here, Scum bags work here!!!

Asked to test a battery they said not if its in the car. I asked if i could borrow a 10 mm and socket wrench to remove the battery they said no. So I left and bought a new battery from Walmart instead.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful when needed. Buy the NAPA Gold Rated parts, typically a better grade than the regular line. Best warranty.I would gladly recommend this Napa dealer to anyone in need of automotive parts or equipment.
